About LPSFS Contractors

We ensure that the field service professionals utilized to complete preservation and REO preservation services are well-versed in all of applicable investor guidelines, including FHA and VA procedures. Contractors are expected to understand fee limitations as well as the proper procedures for securing, winterizing and maintaining property. Complete documentation including digital photography is also required for all services.

Speed & Accuracy
LPSFS contractors receive work orders and return completed results via PreServeScape, LPSFS' proprietary Web-based program. This application quickly routes requests to contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely work completion.

Quality Tracking & Pricing
Contractors submit bids prior to performing any work that will exceed allowable charges. A running total of expenditures and a detailed list of all maintenance performed are provided for each client. In addition, extra precautions are taken to protect clients from disallowances due to incorrect pricing and unauthorized work.

We support all services performed with a multi-million dollar insurance policy, including coverage for errors and omissions.

• Eviction Attendance
