Today, our multi-tiered force of experienced, reliable independent inspectors can provide you with prompt and comprehensive inspection services throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Request Verification
Inspection request transmissions are verified for data content and processed by a proprietary program of LPSFS. This ensures that the entire file is received. Also, a notice of the number of requests received can be automatically sent to clients — a value-added service we provide at no additional charge to servicers.

Daily Inspection Results
LPSFS knows the importance of receiving information in a timely manner. To facilitate clients' turnaround needs, we transmit the inspection results every day.

Automatic Cancellations
LPSFS offers Lender Processing Services (LPS) clients the ability to cancel inspections electronically. This fully automated feature enables clients to cancel requests to avoid unnecessary borrower contact and reduce field service costs.

RepScape
Independent inspectors receive inspection requests from our staff and return the completed results via a unique server-based program, RepScape. This allows LPSFS to quickly route requests to inspectors and facilitate accuracy and timely work.
